Welcome to Sellernaut. These Terms of Service govern your use of our Amazon PPC automation platform and services. By accessing or using Sellernaut, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By creating an account and using Sellernaut, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
Sellernaut provides an automated Amazon Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaign management platform that connects to your Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Advertising accounts to optimize bids, harvest keywords, manage budgets, and improve campaign performance. Our service operates as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform with subscription-based pricing.
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use Sellernaut. You must also be an active Amazon seller with a valid Amazon Seller Central account and Amazon Advertising account.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Subscription Tiers: Sellernaut offers three subscription tiers: Basic ($197/month), Pro ($397/month), and Enterprise ($697/month). Each tier has different features and monthly ad spend limits as described on our pricing page.
Free Trial: New users receive a 7-day free trial period. You will not be charged during the trial period. After the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial period expires.
Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel prior to the renewal date.
Refund Policy: Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
To use Sellernaut, you must authorize our application to access your Amazon Seller Central account via the Amazon SP-API and your Amazon Advertising account via the Amazon Ads API. By connecting your Amazon accounts, you grant Sellernaut permission to read campaign data, modify bids, add and remove keywords, adjust budgets, and perform other campaign management actions.
You remain solely responsible for your Amazon seller account and all activities that occur through it. You may revoke Sellernaut's access at any time through your Amazon account settings or by disconnecting your account within Sellernaut.

Sellernaut's automation engine runs approximately every 6 hours and makes changes to your Amazon PPC campaigns based on performance data and optimization rules. While Sellernaut is designed to improve campaign performance, we do not guarantee specific results, sales increases, or profitability improvements.
You retain the ability to configure optimization parameters, set target ACoS goals, establish budget limits, and pause or disable automation at any time. You are responsible for monitoring your campaigns and reviewing automated changes.
Service Availability: Sellernaut is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that our service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Disclaimer of Warranties: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SELLERNAUT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SELLERNAUT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICE.
Maximum Liability: IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLERNAUT'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay subscription fees.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting updated terms on our website. Your continued use of Sellernaut after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
