Getting Started

What is Sellernaut?

Sellernaut is an AI-powered Amazon PPC automation platform that manages your advertising campaigns 24/7. Our system automatically optimizes bids, harvests high-performing keywords, adds negative keywords, and reallocates budgets to maximize your profitability without requiring any PPC expertise.

Do I need PPC experience to use Sellernaut?

No! Sellernaut is designed for sellers with zero PPC knowledge. Simply connect your Amazon account, set your target ACoS (profitability goal), and our AI handles everything else.

How do I get started?

Click 'Start 7-Day Free Trial', create your account, choose your subscription plan, connect your Amazon Seller Central and Advertising accounts, set your target ACoS and budget preferences, and let Sellernaut start optimizing!

Is it safe to connect my Amazon account?

Yes! Sellernaut uses Amazon's official SP-API and Ads API with OAuth 2.0 authentication. We never see your Amazon password, and you can revoke access at any time.

Pricing & Billing

How much does Sellernaut cost?

We offer three tiers: Basic ($197/month for up to $5K ad spend), Pro ($397/month for up to $15K ad spend), and Enterprise ($697/month for up to $50K ad spend). All plans include a 7-day free trial.

Is there a free trial?

Yes! All new users get a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. You won't be charged during the trial period.

When will I be charged?

You'll be charged at the end of your 7-day free trial. After that, your subscription renews automatically each month. You can cancel anytime.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time through your account settings.

How It Works

What does the automation engine do?

Sellernaut runs every 6 hours and performs: (1) Bid Optimization - adjusts bids based on performance, (2) Keyword Harvesting - promotes high-performing search terms, (3) Negative Keywords - blocks underperforming terms, (4) Budget Reallocation - shifts budget to winning campaigns.

What is target ACoS?

ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sales) is the percentage of sales revenue spent on advertising. Your target ACoS is your profitability goal. A good starting point is your profit margin minus 5-10%.

How often does Sellernaut optimize my campaigns?

The automation engine runs approximately every 6 hours (4 times per day). You can view exact timing in your optimization history log.

Can I pause the automation?

Yes! You can pause automation for individual campaigns or your entire account at any time through your dashboard settings.

Performance & Results

How quickly will I see results?

Most sellers see improvements within 7-14 days as the automation gathers data. Significant improvements typically appear within 30 days.

What kind of results can I expect?

Users typically see 15-30% reduction in ACoS, 20-40% increase in ad-attributed sales, and 10-25% reduction in wasted ad spend. Results vary by product, niche, and competition.

What if my ACoS goes up?

Short-term fluctuations are normal in the first week. If ACoS remains elevated for 14+ days, check your target ACoS settings, pricing, and product listings.

Troubleshooting

Why isn't Sellernaut making changes to my campaigns?

Common reasons: (1) Amazon account connection expired, (2) Campaigns paused in Amazon, (3) Insufficient data (wait 24-48 hours), (4) Automation paused. Check your optimization history log for details.
